Where does the bar get its name from?

I guess it’s because of the owners who were looking for a creative name:

The three operators come from Spain, Greece and Romania.

Accordingly, the menu is varied.

The prices are surprisingly cheap.

This could be due to the fact that the bar is slightly offset and not located directly at the front of the beach promenade.
