Time in flux?
Time does not change, but times do change.
In 1970, the Bremen-based construction company Bau Hoffmann
to establish a striking settlement with the construction of the apartment blocks in Torrox-Costa. It quickly developed into the largest German colony on the Costa del Sol, because:
the marketing strategy was ingenious!
Advertisements were placed in German newspapers and off they went.
Potential buyers were motivated to purchase residential real estate with viewing trips to the show apartment next to the Torrox lighthouse.
Flight costs were reimbursed for the purchase of an apartment.
From the end of the 70s, the Laguna Beach urbanization was created.The entire construction phase was only completed after more than 20 years. After that, they had to move into the hinterland. This was followed by Torrox Park, which is very popular today. There is no end in sight to the construction activities. Today, there is at least one broker’s office in every block or urbanization.
