The work begins at night …

… from 2:00 am! Then the light goes on – in the bakery.

Fresh bread and rolls are baked, just as we know it from Germany. The quality speaks for itself, because guests from other countries also love the Backstübel.

Lengendary is Monday:

You go to the weekly market and then to the Backstübel for a bratwurst.

With a hearty beer – a good start to the week.

And Mettbrötchen is available while stocks last – so it’s always fresh! Traditional German dishes such as cabbage roulade or cordon bleu are also served.

For braised beef with potatoes or spaetzle and red cabbage, it’s best to reserve a table quickly.

The menu changes constantly and is always announced in good time on Facebook.

Coffee and cake– that’s what you’re used to back home.

So sometimes you have to make sure you get a good seat.

You sit sheltered from the wind on the terrace or the “Toldo” is pulled up in the sunshine.
