The Guardia Civil issues a warning that a new scam by SMS has been detected on the occasion of the rainy weather warnings.

You receive an SMS with a fraudulent link that links you to an app that simulates AEMET and requests your data.

If you have a weather app on your phone, you should never react to such information.

It’s better to look it up for yourself in your app.

Important messages are then displayed directly in the app.
