The same questions keep coming up on Facebook: where can I find what? The answers are usually wrong, outdated or inaccurate. The search results on Facebook are modest, the magnifying glass function doesn’t help much. On Google, the search results are often confusing since the “AI”.
What makes this website different?
We create each individual signpost personally & not through automated database robots. We create an entry for each service provider, bar, landlord, real estate agent, etc. on request.
These entries contain:
- Who (type of business)
- Where (location)
- Pictures (orientation)
- Route planner (link to Google)
- Social media / contact details

Whether languages such as Danish, Swedish or French will be added will be decided shortly (after a survey).
This site has no commercial intentions,
because it is a project of the Facebook group “We love Torrox-Costa”. This Facebook group has several administrators and is represented in many other groups on the subject of Torrox-Costa. So if a question is asked in the future, such as: Is there a car rental company where German is spoken, then: we will answer immediately and then put the link of the corresponding entry below. In this way, up-to-date information is immediately available, not only for the person asking the question, but for every reader in the Torrox Facebook groups. Since this website contains a lot of other useful information – a placement is recommended.
You don’t have to take out a subscription with us,
no “advertisement” can be booked. Nevertheless, such a website incurs high costs. For maintenance, translation and updating. That is why we are thinking about charging a one-off fee for each entry, the so-called sponsorship fee! However, this depends on the success of this website.
First of all, every entry is “free of charge”.
The more entries are created, the cheaper it will be. If we have to charge a fee for the creation of entries, but this will never be more than €50 once.
