Now that the marketing of the apartment blocks in Torrox has finally gained momentum,
the construction fever really broke out.
Pueblo Andaluz was planned and marketed.
Stewart Granger was the driving force for Rancho Verde – living in the mountains.
The first residential complex in today’s Penoncillo was planned and built.
Laguna Beach was planned and built.
The marina has not been built to this day.
Torrox did not get a golf course.
But our beach promenade, which is so popular today,
with a length of 2.1 km, it is one of the longest in Andalusia.
